Daniela Cambie

Daniela is a licensed REALTOR® (license number 315129), member of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors (KAAR), the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). She is member of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, Commercial Investment Division (KAARCIE). She is also an Historic Home Specialist.

She specializes in the Farragut, West Knoxville real estate areas and in the Knoxville old district.

She is a full-time real estate professional committed to serving her clients with the utmost respect and professional service.

Daniela has extensive experience in buying, fixing and selling properties as well as renovation and design techniques. She is also knowledgeable in Feng-Shui and understands the correct way to present your house.

Daniela is married to Lorenzo Fabris, Senior R&D Engineer at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and they have two sons, Pierluigi that is currently attending Farragut Intermediate School and Michelangelo that is two and a half years old. Daniela lives in Farragut, in the Fox Run subdivision.

Daniela was born and raised in Pavia, a beautiful medieval University town on the banks of river Ticino, in Italy. She received her MS degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan, the top engineering school in Italy.

After graduating she moved to California in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she had a very successful career working for 10 years as Mechanical Engineer in the Synchrotron Radiation and X-ray Imaging fields. She still runs a Mechanical Engineering consulting business.

Daniela speaks fluently English and Italian. She also speaks and understands French.
