If you are going to put your house up for sale, or have one on the market that is not moving, we highly recommend listing it with Daniela Cambie with Briarcliff Realty, and a resident of Fox Run.We did not personally know Daniela when she listed our former home on Brochardt in August, but selected her because we were impressed with her monthly newsletter on the local housing market. In the 4 relocations over the past 13 years we never worked with an agent as diligent and hard working as Daniela. Her persistence, gift to detail and quick responsiveness all exceeded our expectations. Also, we were very pleased that she sold our house in 3.5 months in this trying market.
